Hi! I'm Keeley, and although I'm not a practitioner, I'm deeply committed to my health and wellness journey. My passion started about 40 years ago when a friend invited me to a fitness class, and from that moment, I was hooked! I went on to get certified and taught fitness classes for 20 years.

While studying science and lab technology, I expanded my interests to nutrition, supplementation, and holistic medicine, leading me to graduate with a Bachelor of Science and a diploma in Lab Technology. After a fulfilling 32-year career in Quality Control and computer systems, I recently retired and now enjoy spending quality time with my husband, step-children, dog, and a large circle of family and friends.
